Eight years designing complex B2B products teaches you that pretty screens are not the deliverable. The deliverable is a product that works in production, holds up under edge cases, and does not generate support tickets. That is what I optimise for.
I do not wait to be handed a brief. I ask why the brief exists, whether the problem is framed correctly, and what the second-order effects of the proposed solution are. PMs bring me into roadmap conversations and feature trade-off discussions because design decisions and product decisions are the same decision.
I work fully remote, async-first, and across time zones. My current role at Karaz Platform is remote from Dhaka. I am used to daily standups on Slack, async design reviews in Figma, and keeping engineering unblocked without being in the same room.
